How to Register

Registration will be done through Brightwheel.

We recommend completing registration from a desktop or laptop computer.
Required Documents
To complete your registration packet, please upload:

Physical exam form (OCFS-LDSS-4433) completed by your child’s pediatrician
- Copy of your child’s birth certificate
Your spot will not be confirmed until all required documents are received.
Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee will be collected once your spot is confirmed.

Current & alumni families: $100 per family

Security Deposit

Once your spot is confirmed, your account will also be billed a non-refundable security deposit equal to one month’s tuition.

This deposit will be held and applied to June 2027 tuition, provided your account remains in good standing.

You will receive a Brightwheel message within 2 weeks of registering if your child has secured a spot. Please make sure your Brightwheel app is set up on your phone and receiving notifications as this is our primary form of communication.
Physical Exam Form – OCFS-LDSS-4433
Each child must have a physical exam and immunization record on file with Weekday Nursery School. Your child’s physician must use form OCFS-LDSS-4433, available below. Please note, no other forms will be accepted.
Food/Medication Allergies & Health Concerns Paperwork
A health care plan is required for all students with any food or medication allergies, and especially those who require an inhaler, epipen, or any medication to be kept on school premises. A meeting with our director may also be required. Please note, the health care plan paperwork (OCFS 6029, 7002, and 7006) linked below must be completed by your physician and submitted prior to the first day of school in order for your child to attend. No child will be eligible to attend school without the proper health care plan in place.
