Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is now open!
You will need to create an account on Brightwheel to register if you do not already have one.
Registration should be done from a desktop or laptop computer.

We will enroll current students, followed by current & alumni families with new students, and then new families.
You will be notified via email if you have secured a spot within 2 weeks of registering.
Physical Exam Form – OCFS-LDSS-4433
Each child must have a physical exam and immunization record on file with Weekday Nursery School. Your child’s physician must use form OCFS-LDSS-4433, available below. Please note, no other forms will be accepted.
Food/Medication Allergies & Health Concerns Paperwork
A health care plan is required for all students with any food or medication allergies, and especially those who require an inhaler, epipen, or any medication to be kept on school premises. A meeting with our director may also be required. Please note, the health care plan paperwork (OCFS 6029, 7002, and 7006) linked below must be completed by your physician and submitted prior to the first day of school in order for your child to attend. No child will be eligible to attend school without the proper health care plan in place.
